Flower & Other Essences
There are many different sets of essences available worldwide, and I suggest getting the 'feel' of them and letting yourself be drawn naturally to those that appeal to you. I've tried lots of them over the years, and these are the ones I personally have kept coming back to. I seem to have a special affinity with the Bailey Essences, many of which are prepared in and around Yorkshire where I grew up by my friend and colleague Dr Arthur Bailey.
