Ian Watson Seminars Booking Conditions & Cancellation
Policy
Unless an event organizer
provides a written cancellation policy for a specific
event, the following cancellation and refund policy will
apply to all Ian Watson Seminars, Workshops and
Residential Retreats:
No booking is guaranteed until the fee payable has been
made in full
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, the
following conditions will apply:
No
cancellation fees will be incurred if
you:
a) Transfer your place to another delegate at least 7
days prior to the seminar date
b) Transfer or defer your place to another training of
the same type and cost at least 14 days prior to the
seminar date
If neither of the above apply, 90% of the course fee will
be refunded for bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior
to the seminar date
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days and more than 7 days
prior to the seminar date - 50% of the course fee will be
refunded.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the course
start date - 25% of the course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation by Ian Watson Seminars
If, owing to exceptional circumstances, the training has
to be cancelled or re-scheduled by Ian Watson Seminars,
you will be offered a full refund or, if you prefer, the
option to transfer your booking to another event of the
same type and cost where available.
Recordings
& Copyright
Ian Watson Seminars reserves the right to record any part
of a seminar or workshop in any format, and all rights to
such recordings will remain the sole property of Ian
Watson. No other recordings of any kind will be permitted
unless previously agreed in writing with Ian Watson.
Any course materials provided to delegates may not be
copied or distributed in any form without the written
agreement of Ian Watson.
