I can feel totally myself in a room full of people and be totally authentic thanks to the skills Ian has as a facilitator. He works in a very calm and unobtrusive manner, creating a space for everyone to present their true selves and enter what I call the “Healing Space”.

Course Schedule
The following outline indicates the subject areas we will be covering during each of the three weekends. Please be aware that this training is experiential rather than academic, and that the actual sequence and the emphasis given to certain areas will vary according to the needs of the group. By engaging with your own inner process, you will also be learning and developing skills that will be invaluable in your work with clients.

Weekend One - Preparing the Ground
Clarifying your intention for practice
Discovering what really motivates your healing work
Using the 'mirror' of practice for self-discovery and inner growth
Expanding your sense of what is possible - for you, and for your clients
Setting the parameters of your ideal practice

Weekend Two - Releasing the Inner Obstacles
Transforming limiting beliefs into empowering opportunities
Overcoming self-sabotage patterns
Creating healthy boundaries for yourself and your clients
Emotional release as a key to self-healing
Learning to trust your own authority

Weekend Three - Practicing from your own Center
Becoming grounded in your own authentic and unique way of working
Letting go of the 'old selves' which no longer serve you
Attracting the clients who resonate with your individual practice style
Developing a 'sustaining vision' for your present and future work
Effective networking for mutual support and practice growth

Throughout the course you will be developing the inner confidence which comes naturally from being true to yourself, and you will find your work developing in a way that reflects who you are on the inside.
