Healing
Core Issues Core issues are those
unconscious beliefs that were formed in response to
early painful experiences, and which generate
habitual behaviours and disturbing emotional
reactions throughout our lives. Through careful
listening behind the words and observation of
non-verbal signals such as facial expressions,
posture and spontaneous gestures we can gain access
to core beliefs and initiate the process of healing
and inner transformation.
With a focus on present moment-to-moment experience, as a
bridge between the unconscious and conscious, these
implicit beliefs and the automatic ways in which we
perceive our world will gently be brought to light. Once
conscious, outdated beliefs which no longer serve us can
be re-evaluated and adjusted, helping to minimize
unnecessary suffering. From this standpoint of awareness,
insights and new possibilities can arise which were
previously inaccessible. By working together in a small
and supportive group setting, we can facilitate deep and
lasting healing in ourselves and each other.
This is a hands-on, experiential workshop which is open
to anyone. Participants will gain greater self-awareness
together with freedom from limiting beliefs and old
emotional wounds. Practitioners and students of the
healing arts will find that learning and integrating
these skills will also deepen and enhance their own
client work.
