The earlybird retreat fee is £325 per person up until
20th September. After this date, the fee will be £375.
The cost of accommodation and meals is shown on
the Accommodation
page. You will
be asked to choose your accommodation type when you
make your booking, and payment for accommodation and
meals will be made directly to Basata at the end of
your stay.
Participants
from within Egypt
Due to Paypal restrictions we cannot currently accept
online bookings made with credit or debit cards
registered in Egypt. To make a cash payment or to pay by
credit card, debit card or direct bank transfer, please
email Ian with your
name and phone number and we will contact you to arrange
this.

If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, email
Ian and he will send you the
necessary bank details.

Booking
Select your choice of accommodation from the menu below,
click on the 'Add to Cart' button and enter the number of
places you wish to book. You will be redirected to the
Paypal secure server where you can safely enter your card
details. You do not need a Paypal account to use this
service. The retreat fee payable will be £325 per person.
If
you prefer to book by phone, send an email with your
name and contact number, and we will call you to take
your card details.

Please
email before booking by post to ensure there are still
places available.
Remember to include your full name, address, contact
email and phone number. If you are booking more than one
place, please supply the contact details of all
participants. Please state your accommodation type when
making your booking.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled before
20th July - 85% of fee paid will be refunded. Bookings
cancelled between 20th July and 30th September - 50% of
fee paid will be refunded. Bookings cancelled after 1st
October - no payment will be refunded.
